Katherine Hastings family had bought a puppy from us in 1993 "Zoe". Later the family moved to Nova Scotia. When Zoe passed a Bichon was purchased from a breeder located in their province, but time would pass again , and they were in need of a new puppy. This time it would be their daughter Katie who was looking for a BF puppy. The decision was made to fly to Winnipeg in order to pick up DALNAVERT LUVIT'S VERA WANG affectionately known as "WINNIE". LANA was bred by Nina Caplette . Her pedigree was based on Dalnavert and Luvit carefully selected bichon frise .
After completing her championships, she spent her years in Florida lovingly cared for by Linda and Pat Ross and Linda's Mom Lois Drobac.
After Lois's passing, Lana lived her retired year's with Linda's sister Donna Schultz Sargent in Missouri.
Lana was born on September 5, 2006 and passed in June 2022 at the age of 15.5 years!

"He was surrounded by his loved ones at home. We miss him terribly. We thank you again for introducing this spunky spirit in our lives. We miss the little things - cuddling with him, connecting with his neighbourhood friends, his cute head tilts, when he checked in on us and seeing his head pop in the bathroom, and so much more. He is a special dog, and he will be irreplaceable. He really was a little person in a fur coat. He will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Today marks Junior's 15th birthday."
